Function:

 

Cable surge voltage limiter is mounted between cable metal security layer and ground, under normal circumstances, the current through the cable protective is very small, in microamps level ,when overvoltage appears, protective layer protector quickly put into operation, discharge the cable protecting layer and ensure the safe operation of the cable.
